Lorraine Brenda Tyler

      Lorraine B. Tyler, was born in Jarratt, Virginia to the late Edith Tyler Davis on Tuesday, October 5, 1943. Brenda, as she was always called, was formerly employed with the ARC of Union County in Springfield, New Jersey. She was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Plainfield.

   She entered eternal rest Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in Plainfield, New Jersey, where she moved to in 1980.  In addition to her mother, Brenda is predeceased by her stepfather, John Davis.

       She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Tammy Tyler of Plainfield; four grandchildren, Jhi’Meir Tyler-Cox, Ny’zeir Cox, Tiyona Tyler-Cox and Nymirah Tyler-Cox; two great-grandchildren, Jha’ir and Jaylin; a cousin reared like a brother, Arnold Daughtry and his wife Blondell of Plainfield; her only surviving aunt, Arlene James of Plainfield; a host of relatives and friends. 

Relatives and Friends are encouraged to visit Ms. Tyler's tribute wall to share memories, extend condolences and to order floral tributes, as sentiments to the family.
