Mr. Charlie Allan Williams, Sr., 95, of Emporia, Virginia, peacefully answered God's call from labor unto eternal rest on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Chippenham Hospital, Richmond, Virginia.

'Boss', as he was affectionately called, by his family and friends, was born December 12, 1923 in Greensville, County, Virginia to the parentage of the late William Henry Williams and Emma C. Williams. Early in life, he united in Christian Fellowship with Salem Baptist Church, where he served faithful until his health failed. He was a also dedicated member of the Usher's Ministry. For many years, 'Boss' was employed as a Sanitation Worker, with the City of Emporia. He was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Ida Mae Williams.

In addition to his parents and beloved wife; 'Boss' was preceded in death by nine siblings, Emma Ruth Lewis, Carrie Williams Harrison, Dorothy Williams Harrison, James, Daniel, Robert, Milton, Joe and Herbert Williams.

'Boss' will forever be remembered by his loving relatives and friends.
