Reginald Jerome Sanders (Reggie), better known as the “Wall Doctor/Grill Master/Bass Master” was born on February 2nd, 1963. He attended Franklin High School in Somerset, New Jersey. He attended Emanuel Baptist in Somerset, New Jersey as a child and later joined Building of Zion Apolistic Faith Church where he played the bass guitar.
Reggie was an extremely hard-working man, working to support his family. From working at the post office in 10th grade, to working in construction with his Father mastering in sheetrock, driving bulldozers, and driving dump trucks.
Reggie’s hobbies included, spending the majority of his time with his only Grandson; he attended all of his Grandson’s games, and watching football with his Grandson. He also enjoyed fishing, grilling with his Brothers-in-Law Sherown Carter and Haashim Drinkard known as 3 the Hardway, listening to Jazz, and playing the bass guitar. He touched the hearts of many and was loved by everyone. He was a fighter!
On October 23, 2018, Reggie was called home to end all the pain and suffering and finally be free. Reginald was preceded in death by his son Raquan Sanders, his parents William and Mary Sanders, and a few of his aunts and uncles.
Reginald leaves to cherish his memories, his two children Joseph A. Carter (Senchell) and Shikira N. Sanders, one grandson Mario J. Hicks Jr., his life partner whom he loved and loved him dearly Lisa J. Sanders, two sisters Gayle Young and Stephanie Handy (Jim), two brothers Glen Sanders (Carolyn) and Darryl Sanders, and a host of nieces and nephews, Caregivers Briona Pair and Raphael Harris.
