Angela Pair, was born on Wednesday, August 30th, 1961 in Greensville County, Virginia. She was a graduate of the Greensville County High School.
Early in life, Angela accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour, was baptized and she joined the St. Paul Church of God In Christ, Emporia, Virginia. As life progressed, she united in Christian Fellowship with the Live Stream Ministry of Antioch Baptist Church, Varina, Virginia; under the Pastorate of Doctor James Sailes.
For a short period of time, Angela worked at Perdue. She later became gainfully employed with Georgia Pacific of Emporia, where she served for 19 years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She possessed a big personality and loved to have a good time with her family and close friends. She loved people and never met a stranger.
“ After the clouds, the sunshine; after the winter, the spring; After the shower, the rainbow; for life is a changeable thing. After the night, the morning, bidding all darkness cease, After life’s cares and sorrows, the comfort and sweetness of peace.” On Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, Angela took God’s hand, and went home to be at eternal rest. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Pearlie Pair and three brothers, Will, Robert and John.
Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: three sisters, Ida Singletary (Bill), Margaret Jenkins and Loisteen Evans; four brothers, Darnell (Barbara), Melvin (Tina), Carnell and Thomas; a devoted niece, Ollie Gallemore (Tony); a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including Eddie Mallory, who was always by her side, until the very end.
Relatives and Friends are encouraged to visit Ms. Pair's tribute wall to share memories, extend condolences and to order floral tributes, as sentiments to the family.
