CLEOPATRA MOODY STUKES was born on April 18, 1927 in Northampton County, NC to the late Mamie Moody and the Late Henry B. Smith. She was called to eternal rest on September 25, 2014 at Emporia Manor Nursing Home in Emporia, VA. She gave her life to Christ and joined the Cool Spring Baptist Church at an early age. "Pate" as she was affectionally called was Jack-Of-All-Trades as she would say. She worked as a housekeeper at Emporia Medical Associates. Pate would spend a lot of her time working in her yard, cooking, crocheting and cleaning. She leaves to cherish in memory her four loving children; Hattie Stewart (Harold), Robert Moody (Betty Jo), Claree Gule and Michael Moody (Shirley). One daughter preceded her in death, Shirley; twenty-four grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins
