Henry Lee Fields was born on August 3, 1941 in Sussex County, Virginia to the union of the late James Henry and Louise Wright Fields. He slipped away peacefully to be with the Lord on Monday, November 30, 2015.
He was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. He worked Mark and Runion Construction Company and Berry Bryant Construction Company for many years.
In addition to Henry being predeceased by his parents, James Henry and Louise Fields, he was also predeceased by his brother, Frank Fields.
Henry leaves to cherish in memory his loving wife of forty three years, Helen Fields; four sisters, Rosa Starks (Cecil) of Washington, DC., Louise Smith (Sidney) of Norfolk, VA, Ruth Wiggins (Fletcher-deceased) of Richmond, VA and Queen Woodley (Howard) of Emporia, VA; three sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
