James Kelvin Webb

Mr. James Kelvin Webb, age 59, of Skippers, Virginia, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, December 24th, 2024; while in the serenity of his home.

James was born on Monday, August 2, 1965 in Washington, District of Columbia to the parentage of the late  James Moore and Eunice Webb Montgomery.
