Leroy Davis, Sr.

 Leroy Davis, Sr. was born in Greensville County Virginia on February 17, 1963. He departed his life on April 26, 2016 in Emporia, Virginia. Leroy attended Greensville County Public Schools. He was employed with Boar's Head Provisions in Jarratt, Virginia for 10 years and Advance Auto Parts in Emporia, Virginia for 11 years.

Leroy accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Emporia, Virginia. He was one that just didn't profess love but showed it. He was a strong, inspirational, dedicated, caring and hard wooking man. Leroy was a man who exemplified the definition of of integrity. His favorite past times were fishing, cutting grass and spoiling his grandchildred, nieces and nephews.

Leroy was preceded in death by one sister, Vickie; one brother, Michael, and grandparents, Richard and Lela Davis.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories: his dedicated wife, Penelope; his three loving children, Shakeena Slade (Demario), Leroy Davis, Jr. and Quandai Webb; two grandchilden, Ashante' and Demario, Jr.; a goddaughter, Latrice Webb; his devoted parents, Dennis and Geraldine Robinson; four brothers, Troy Davis, Thomas Robinson, Santee Jarrell, Jr. and Tracey Jarrell; two sisters, Denise Robinson and Tessie Jarrell; three sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; seven nieces, Keonda, Jasmine, Tierra, Brintetta, Andrea, Martina and Tierra nine nephews, Troy, Jr., Thomas Jr., Mikel, Leonard, Cedric, Ernest, Vernon, Darius and Quinton; five aunts, two uncles; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends
