Troy Lee Allen departed this life early, Wednesday morning, April 29, 2015 at his residence; after a period of declining health. Troy was born on March 27, 1949 in Greensville County, Virginia to the late Willie Augustus and Panzy Chavis Allen. He was educated in the Greensville County Public School System. After years of working in Baltimore, Maryland as a machine operator in construction. Troy returned home and joined The Church of the Living God. He leaves to cherish in memory: two daughters, Panzy Smith and Melissa Rouse of Baltimore, MD; four grandchildren of Baltimore, MD; five sisters, Geraldine Searles and Louise Marshall of Raleigh, NC, Barbara Jenkins of Emporia, VA, Mettie Lewis of Baltimore, MD and Katie Mae Allen of Kingston, NY; one brother-in-law, Louis Marshall; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
